Windows?
I am certified to provide desktop and laptop support service for all versions of Windows (including Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows ME, Windows Media Center, Windows 2000 and Windows 98) on PCs and Apple Macs. That means I can perform essential maintenance, restore and repair Windows, update Windows, install upgrades, remove harmful viruses and spyware, and troubleshoot Microsoft products.
Laptops?
I can work on all makes and models of laptops. That includes Dell, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Packard Bell, HP (Hewlett-Packard), Panasonic, Evesham, IBM, Acer, Sony, Compaq Presario, Gateway, Samsung, Advent and more! Hardware?
I am also experienced in the installation and repair of hardware for your computer. I can troubleshoot and repair your computer's memory (RAM), hard drive (data recovery), processor (CPU), motherboard, power supply (PSU), keyboard, CD drive, DVD, printer, mouse, modem, router, and USB devices. I can provide more disk space for your pictures, documents, and music and do data recovery on your data that might have been lost due to virus or hardware problems.
What about the Internet?
I can set up your broadband or wireless (WiFi) network, connect multiple PCs to each other, and secure your network against intruders. According to leading internet security firm Symantec, the number of computer viruses on the web hit 1,122,311 in 2007 (BBC Tech Report, April 2008) and that number is still growing, so virus protection is essential. If you don't already have an anti-virus program I will set one up for you and run a full scan on your computer. Whether you have one PC in your sitting room or a small business network, I'll make sure your system is protected.
Parts?
If your computer's repair requires parts, I'll do the detective work for you. I'll track down the best price for you and take care of the installation, too!
Confidentiality?
Your data is completely safe with me. I will never make copies of data unless you authorise it and I will never keep any copies that are made. Any CDs or DVD's I make will be yours to keep. I never, ever keep copies of my client's data, unlike some companies. I will also never access any files on your computer without your permission, so your privacy is assured.

I charge a fixed rate of £20 per hour. Free callout to anywhere in Greater London. No fix, no fee!

3. What's your call-out and diagnostic charge?
There is NO call-out fee within Greater London and NO diagnostic charge! For home users, £20 an hour is all you'll ever pay.
4. Why do you charge less?
I charge less because I run a one man show. I am the only person you will ever be dealing with when you call or email me. That means I don't have the overhead that large companies do. And let's face it. I charge a fair and honest price where others don't. And that's the bottom line.
5. What's the most you'll charge?
With my £99 Promise, you'll never pay more than £99 again! Computer repair can be an expensive thing. But with me, you'll never pay more than £99 for a single computer repair, no matter how long it takes. That's means after 5 hours of work on your computer it's absolutely free! I've capped my price to avoid anyone being unfairly charged for essential work. Just another way I try to bring a bit of honesty to the business. After all, you shouldn't pay more for repairs than you did for the computer. This offer applies to home users only, excludes parts and is per job only.
6. What can you offer me that others can't?
With me, you always know what to expect. You'll always get the benefit of my years of experience and hands-on training. And the price I quote you will always be the price you pay. If I can't fix it, I won't charge you. In short, I can offer you personal attention and flexibility, neither of which you'll find on the high street!
7. What areas do you work in?
I'm based in Brixton, South London, but I will travel anywhere within London. I have been known to go as far as Cambridge, but I would have to charge a call-out fee. If you live outside of Greater London, call me on 0776-264-7547 or 0207 737 2514 and we can discuss the call-out.
