No Fix, No Fee Guarantee: If I cannot fix your computer, you do not pay for my time.
Dear Computer User,
You are here because something has gone wrong with your desktop or laptop. Maybe it has just suddenly stopped working, or perhaps you would just like to get more out of your system.
Whatever the problem, I am your geek for computer repairs! With my personal service, your computer will work faster and be more efficient. With my advice and support, hopefully, we can avoid any more problems in the future.

4. How Does It Work?
I understand that inviting someone into your home can feel a bit daunting. Here is exactly how the process works:
- We chat about the problem. You tell me what is going on, and I will give you honest advice on whether it is something I can help with.
- I give you a booking time and estimate. No surprises. You will know when I am coming and roughly what it will cost.
- I arrive, fix the problem, and explain what went wrong in plain English, without jargon or technical talk.
- Only when the job is done do you pay. No upfront fees. You only pay once you are happy with the work.
5. Do I Get a Guarantee?
I stand by my work, so all repairs come with a 6-month guarantee.
This means that if your computer breaks down with the same problem within 6 months of my repair, I will fix it free of charge.
That includes parts for the same fault.
Note: The guarantee covers the same fault returning. It doesn't cover new problems, viruses, physical damage, or issues caused by software changes.
6. What Can I Offer That Others Cannot?
- 6-month guarantee on the work I do
- Over 17 years of experience and professional hands-on training
- A price that cannot be found on the high street for a service that cannot be beaten
- Personal attention and flexibility
No fix, no fee: If I cannot solve your problem, you will not be charged.
